Micronesians United – Big Island (MU-BI) extends gratitude to the Planning Committee, sponsors, student leaders, and all participating organizations in the 2016 Pacific Youth Empowerment for Success (PacYES!) aka Pacific Islander Youth Empowerment Day (PIYED) on Saturday, October 26, 2016 at UH Hilo. As usual, the conference aimed at motivating, inspiring and informing high school students of Pacific Island ethnicities about career opportunities, college readiness, and community readiness.
