Kalahngan! Kamagar! Killisou! Kommol! Kulo! Mesulang! Thank you to all who supported the successful Micronesian Youth Summit on April 15, 2017 at the Campus Center Ballroom at UH Manoa. To all the sponsors who contributed money and in-kind donations, volunteers who served as role models for dedicated service to our community, parents who enabled their students to participate, school teachers who encouraged their Micronesian students to participate, special guests who took the time to join our youth, UH Manoa’s Micronesia Connections for hosting the summit at the Campus Center, We Are Oceania and Partners in Development Foundation for managing our online donation portal, and to the organizations that came to share their resources with our youth at the resource lunch. Above all, we want to thank all the Micronesian youth who joined the MYS to learn ways to navigate their own success today and help our community to succeed tomorrow.
